KOTAA TRAVEL GRANT AWARD APPLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Korean Transportation Association in America (KOTAA) Travel Grant Award was founded in 2001 to encourage students in transportation areas to attend TRB Annual Meeting and KOTAA Annual Meeting so that students join the community that KOTAA has created for networking and collaboration.
KOTAA is currently accepting applications for the 11th KOTAA Travel Grant Award.? Application guidelines and instructions are included in this announcement.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for consideration, Award applicants must: ?
- attend the 2012 TRB annual meeting with a paper(s) accepted for presentation, AND
- plan to pursue a career in transportation, AND
- be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a transportation-related field?such as engineering, planning, policy, finance or logistics at the time of the KOTAA Annual Meeting OR recently graduated from such a program and currently search for employment or advanced degree opportunities
Application Instructions: Award applicants must submit ALL the following documents to grant.kotaa@gmail.com by December 3, 2011
- KOTAA Travel Grant Award application form
- paper accepted in MS Word or PDF form, and
- paper review results in MS Word or PDF form.
Award winners will be announced at the 23nd KOTAA Annual Meeting at Washington, D.C., tentatively on January 24, 2012 (Exact meeting time and venue will be announced soon via email and KOTAA website).
